Sarah Fleming Conlon —
Solicitor

Sarah Fleming-Conlon is a Solicitor at KLM Solicitors, practising in family law and domestic violence matters. With seven years of experience in the legal industry — including roles in personal injury, insurance, commercial law, and family law — Sarah brings a calm, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting clients through some of the most challenging periods of their lives.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours IIA) from the Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. She is currently completing a Master of Laws (Family Law) at the University of Southern Queensland and hopes to further expand her expertise through mediation and specialist family law accreditation in the future.

Before joining KLM, Sarah worked as an Associate to a Judge of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, gaining valuable insight into judicial decision-making and the complexities of family law proceedings. She is especially passionate about assisting clients who may not otherwise have access to legal representation and looks forward to undertaking Legal Aid and community legal centre work as her role develops.

Known for her strong attention to detail and her ability to provide clear, reassuring guidance, Sarah focuses on helping clients feel understood and supported without becoming overwhelmed by the process. Her philosophy is grounded in kindness, honesty, and practical, realistic advice — meeting clients where they are and guiding them forward with confidence.

Originally from Sydney, Sarah has called Brisbane home since 2017. Outside of work, she is an avid reader of classic literature, a lover of good food, wine, and coffee, and a keen home cook who enjoys recreating dishes with gluten-free flair. She also enjoys art, spending time with friends and family, and unwinding at home with her cat after a long day.

Her guiding motto? “It takes courage to be kind.”
