Morgan Sargent is a Solicitor at KLM Solicitors, practising exclusively in family law and domestic violence matters. She holds a double degree in Laws (Honours) and Justice, majoring in Criminology and Policing, from the Queensland University of Technology, as well as a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.

Morgan developed a strong interest in domestic and family violence while completing her Justice studies and has continued to build that passion through her work at KLM. She is particularly drawn to parenting and domestic violence matters, where she values the opportunity to support clients through some of the most difficult and uncertain periods of their lives.

Known for her empathy, enthusiasm, and willingness to listen, Morgan is committed to helping clients feel heard and supported throughout the legal process. She approaches every matter with the belief that there is something to learn from each client and takes great satisfaction in seeing the relief that can come when a difficult issue is resolved or meaningful protection is put in place.

Born and raised in Brisbane, Morgan enjoys travelling whenever she gets the chance and is always looking forward to her next destination.
