Paigen Hunter is a family law solicitor at KLM Solicitors, bringing a thoughtful, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach to every matter she handles. With a Bachelor of Laws from CQUniversity and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law, she was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in August 2024 and the High Court of Australia in November of the same year. 

Her journey into family law began with a bursary and volunteer work supporting domestic violence survivors — an experience that shifted her focus from commercial law to advocating for those navigating separation, conflict, and crisis. Since then, she has worked across family, domestic violence, and property law, gaining hands-on experience in firms across Queensland. 

At KLM, Paigen is known for her empathy, sharp drafting skills, and her commitment to providing realistic, practical advice. She’s especially passionate about parenting matters and financial settlements, and is proud to support clients with warmth, clarity, and respect. 

Originally from Central Queensland, Paigen now calls Brisbane home. Outside of work, you’ll find her baking, crafting, or enjoying a good glass of wine — ideally with great food and better company.
