Jessica Beath is a Senior Law Clerk at KLM Solicitors and an aspiring family lawyer, currently completing her Bachelor of Laws at the University of the Sunshine Coast. With graduation on the horizon, Jessica brings both practical experience and academic insight to her role, providing reliable support across a range of family law matters. 

Jessica is passionate about helping families through complex and often emotional legal issues and is particularly drawn to the unique challenges and rewards of family law. Her interest in community-based support also extends beyond the firm — she regularly volunteers at the Pine Rivers Community Legal Centre, giving back to the community where she grew up. 

Known for her friendly nature and strong work ethic, Jessica values the supportive team environment at KLM Solicitors, where mentorship, collaboration, and the occasional Friday afternoon margarita are all part of the culture. 

When she’s not working or studying, you’ll likely find Jessica with a good book on the beach — or packing for her next big adventure, with Europe first on the list.
